A voucher for the local pool after they have had jabs timing sorted is kinder — check current guidance with your unit, not this page, for when to swim. No. They are hygiene for the pool, not a buoyancy aid. Supervision is the safety product. Armbands and seats are a teacher’s conversation, not a nappy feature.
