Where we deliver

We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. International shipping is not yet available.

Delivery options

• Standard UK delivery (2–3 working days) — free on orders over £50; £3.95 for smaller orders. Select at checkout.
• Next-day UK delivery — £4.95. Order before 2pm Monday–Friday for next working day dispatch on in-stock items.

Dispatch

• In-stock items typically dispatch within 1–2 working days.
• You will receive a tracking email once your order leaves our warehouse.
• Gift orders with Gift Mode enabled never include prices on packing slips.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us with your order number within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. See our Returns & Refunds policy for damaged goods.
