Our promise

We want you to love every gift. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help.

14-day returns

• Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Gift sets should be returned complete unless a single faulty item is reported.
• Digital gift cards are non-refundable once issued.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@babynido.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label or return address.
3. Pack items securely in original packaging where possible.
4. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund faulty or incorrect items at no cost to you.

Exchanges

For a different size, return the original item per the process above and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures the fastest dispatch from available stock.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
