What does BabyNido do?

We publish 60 buying guides and 9 free tools for UK parents, from the newborn essentials checklist and hospital bag list to car seats, pushchairs and safer-sleep kit. Each guide leads with a short verdict, answers the questions parents actually search, and ends with the sources we used and the date we checked them.

Who runs BabyNido?

Guides are written and edited by the BabyNido editorial team, which is responsible for research, source selection and corrections. The site is owned and operated by Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17250017). You can check the company record on Companies House.

How do we research a guide?

We read the official UK page that governs each decision first, such as the NHS, GOV.UK, The Lullaby Trust or the product-safety recall database, then manufacturer instructions for limits and compatibility. Specific numbers carry a source and a check date. We separate legal requirements from optional kit and say when a free option wins.

We do not claim hands-on product testing, lab results, ratings or live prices, and we do not give medical advice: questions about your baby’s health belong with your midwife, health visitor, GP or NHS 111. The full process is in our research method and editorial policy.

How does BabyNido make money?

How do we handle mistakes?

Email hello@babynido.co.uk with the page address and the source you think we have wrong. Changes to advice are dated on the public corrections log, and a guide’s “last updated” date only changes when its content does.

Where did BabyNido come from?

BabyNido began as Il Nido, a UK organic baby-gift shop. The useful knowledge (how to read a GOTS label, UK terms like babygrow, what not to put in a hamper) was trapped inside a catalogue, so we closed the shop and turned it into free guides. Nido is Italian for nest. Old shop addresses redirect to the nearest guide.

What other sites does the same company run?

Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd also runs Clever Mum (UK parenting guides and product reviews), InstantDeedPoll (England and Wales deed poll PDFs), SwiftWill (England and Wales online wills) and Money Guide (UK personal finance explainers). They are sister sites, not GOV.UK, law firms or financial advice, and we link them only where a parent needs them. BabyNido’s Amazon links use the Clever Mum Amazon Associates account, so those commissions go to the same company.
