What can you download?

A CSV of 60 guides with slug, title, hub and dates, plus a datapackage.json that describes the columns. Licence is CC BY 4.0. This is our own index, not a government register, so there is no OGL source date — dateModified is the editorial date on each row.

Is there baby name data?

Yes. baby-names.csv lists the names in our finder, meaning and origin notes, research status and sources, with the available Office for National Statistics ranks and registration counts for girls and boys in England and Wales in 2025. These figures do not cover the whole UK. An empty statistical field means no published value is included, not zero babies. Name pages show the available series from 1996.

Which licence applies?

Our original descriptive fields in these two CSV files are available under CC BY 4.0, with attribution to BabyNido. The ONS figures retain the Open Government Licence v3.0; credit the Office for National Statistics and retain its source information. Linked research sources retain their own rights.

These dataset licences do not cover full articles, images, Amazon Special Links or other third-party material. Search and AI reference access to original editorial information remain available. Our site-wide content signals request no model training, without restricting rights granted by these separate dataset licences. See reuse terms.
