About these terms

These terms apply when you purchase from Il Nido at https://babynido.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Products & pricing

• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Young children's clothing may be zero-rated for VAT at checkout under HMRC rules — see product compliance.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.
• Product images are for illustration; minor colour variation may occur between batches.

Orders & payment

• Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed via Stripe.
• We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability or pricing errors.
• Gift orders may hide prices on packing slips when Gift Mode is selected at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Delivery Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

Returns

Our returns policy is set out at Returns & Refunds.

Give Back programme

We donate a portion of net profits to our charity partner as described on Give Back. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where prohibited by law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
