What TOG should you start with at each room temperature?

Use the table if the form does not run. It is a starting map: cooler rooms, higher TOG; warmer rooms, fewer layers. The Lullaby Trust still wants about 16–20°C and no overheating. If the neck is sweaty, remove a layer immediately rather than waiting for a chart to agree.
