What personal data does BabyNido actually process?

Cloudflare processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Emails you send to hello@babynido.co.uk are correspondence. Tools can save a checklist or plan on your device when you choose to save; that local copy is not sent to our measurement endpoint. We do not provide customer accounts.

How does optional measurement work?

Measurement starts only after you enable it in Privacy preferences at the bottom of any page. Events contain a known page path, an event type and a small-or-large screen category. Retailer clicks add the retailer and placement; page-performance events add a speed or layout metric. They contain no IP hash or other visitor identifier.

We do not send search terms, query strings, referring URLs, household details, names or tool answers to analytics. Individual baby-name pages are grouped under the name-finder page. The reports count events; they cannot identify unique people or prove that a retailer purchase occurred. Aggregate events are processed by Cloudflare Analytics Engine.

Your choice is stored on this device. You can withdraw it in Privacy preferences; new events then stop. We also honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. Declining measurement leaves all guides and tools available.

Do retailer links set cookies?

We do not set advertising cookies. After you choose to open a retailer link, that retailer controls its own site, cookies and purchase tracking. Cloudflare may use a necessary security cookie on BabyNido. Our optional measurement uses no cookie. See cookies and browser storage.
